11 Unannounced Video Games We Know Are Coming

2. Gran Turismo 7

Gran Turismo Sport
Polyphony Digital

While it started out a little lacking in content and features, both Sony and Polyphony Digital have remained committed to making Gran Turismo Sport the premiere racing game on the console (which sadly coincided with the demise of Driveclub). Since launch, updates have continually bolstered the game's offerings, but the commitment to working on Sport has made one thing clear: a true Gran Turismo 7 won't happen on the PS4.

Not only does Polyphony take its sweet time on new releases anyway, the support for this spin-off has pretty much cemented no true sequel before the PS5 presumably launches in late 2020. Still, we do know that project is coming, and a recent interview with series creator Kazunori Yamauchi confirmed the next game is already in development.

He mentioned the sequel will incorporate elements of Sport along with classic staples from the regular numbered titles, hopefully making for the beefiest GT yet, and one which comes sooner, rather than later.
