12. Call Of Duty: WWII

Something tells me the latest COD isn't going to go down anywhere near as well as Activision are hoping. There's just something about doing such a blatant back-pedal (one that answers the more vocal online contingent than the millions who were content playing futuristic warfare) that sounds some alarms.

Regardless, WWII's latest beta proved that Sledgehammer are pulling out all the stops to make this feel like a vintage COD experience, circa 2008.

Seriously, from the lack of knee slides to the longer reload animations and overall boots-on-the-ground direction, this is a Call of Duty that might as well have been called 'World at War 2'.

Whether that is a very good or very bad thing though? We'll have to see.
