12 Anticipated Video Games Still To Come In 2017
11. Assassin's Creed Origins

AC: Origins is either going to be a phenomenal return to form or the final game that puts Assassin's Creed out of its misery for the foreseeable future.
Taking two years off after the thoroughly meh AC: Syndicate, Origins is revamping everything from the ground up. Gone is the dial-a-button combat and in is some very Dark Souls-like weapon-focused duels, meaning you'll have to pick and choose what to equip and use.
Climbing is mostly unchanged but we now also have a bow and arrow, survival mechanics, crafting, some Witcher-esque side-quests full of miniature stories to uncover, and a day/night cycle that changes A.I. routines every few hours.
There's a chance with this, a chance, but the bigger question is whether the public en masse even care about Assassin's Creed anymore.
