6. Batman: Arkham Origins

I'm torn about this one, I really am. I absolutely love the Batman Arkham series of games you see - they're probably among my favourites from this entire generation. Arkham Origins isn't a bad game at all really; the only problem is is that its quite possibly the most broken thing I've played since Skyrim. Part of this is because the game was developed not by original creators Rocksteady, handed off instead to a new team who were tasked with milking the Arkham name with a prequel. On one hand, it's more Batman, which is good, but if we get one every year, we'll rapidly get sick. Unfortunately the main game was a buggy mess. Essential items for unlocking content didn't unlock, freezes and lag occurred and it was even possible to directly float through the map repeatedly as if nothing actually existed. For a series that's renowned for its polish and execution, this was really disappointing to see. Bring back Rocksteady please. They're the heroes we deserve. *Note to any game developers stumbling across this page - Batman doesn't need multiplayer. Remove it please. Thanks muchly.
