12 Excuses You Make For Losing On FIFA

6. Sweaty Goals

Though they go by many names, most FIFA players will be all too aware of what the so called "sweaty" goal is. In short a sweaty goal is where €“ choosing to forgo the chance of scoring a more honourable goal €“ a player finds himself in a two-on-one against the opposition€™s keeper and passes it to the unmarked man for a guaranteed goal, in the ultimate display of cowardice. Though it may leave a slightly sour taste in the mouths of many, using a sweaty goal as an excuse for losing is just as dishonourable as the act of scoring one to begin with. Everyone is aware that they€™re lousy but it€™s how you react to them that really determines whether you are the better man, and ultimately the better player.

5. Hacks

A message which will all too often appear in the inbox of a victorious FIFA player is that which comes from a recently vanquished foe accusing them of being an €œ**INSERT EXPLETIVE** HACKER NOOB€. And as the majority of fans will know, rather then letting it ruin that nail-biting 3-2 victory you just had with your Bundesliga-build Ultimate Team, it should instead cause you to laugh at this pitiful excuse used by an obviously sore loser. Though there is a small community of FIFA-heads perfecting their art on the PC, the vast majority of gamers use a console to take control of their favourite football stars meaning it is largely impossible to access the game€™s code to employ hacks. Clearly you are highly unlikely to take the time to explain this logic to the oaf accusing you of hacking but then at least you can rest easy knowing you are the superior competitor.
