12 Hilariously Awesome Glitches Ever Engineered By Bethesda
6. Morrowind - Shooting Blind
Another Elder Scrolls glitch abused with glee by archers, Morrowind featured a rather unusual problem when it came to certain doors. Namely that players can shoot right through them. No really, while it takes a little work and experimentation, approaching another door in the right way can allow the player to start happily pelting whoever is on the other side with arrows. This naturally makes certain areas extremely easy to pass through and leveling certain skills a walk in the park, especially given that spells are just as viable with this tactic as arrows. The trick is to stand as close as possible to it with the bow drawn, in just the right place, and start firing through until the arrows start striking something. Well, that and knowing the Lock spell tends to help when fighting foes who can turn door handles. While an undeniably cheap tactic, it's also a skill which is required to overcome certain other problems. If an enemy beast is too close to the door, partially stuck through it or preventing access in any way, this can quite often be the only way forwards.
