3. Dr. Robotnik/Eggman (Sonic The Hedgehog Series)

Sonic's adversary may have had an infamous name change since the early days of Sega's mascot but it didn't help his luck with the blue speed-demon. For a man with a Doctorate, Robotnik actually doesn't seem to be all that intelligent, creating robots that are so easily destroyable, a spike-less hedgehog (well, aside from the cool hair) whose only real quality is speed can tear them apart. Robotnik even makes his own vehicles highly susceptible to Sonic's spin-attacks €“ could he not find a less destructible material to create everything out of? Even more embarrassing for Robotnik is the sheer number of characters that can claim a victory over him. Just about every character in the Sonic universe has bested the good Doctor, even the utterly incompetent Big the Cat. Let that sink in for a minute. Big the Cat can claim to have bested the main enemy of the Sonic games...that's just tragic. You may have changed your name out of shame Robotnik, but you're fooling no-one.
