12 Worst Video Game Moments Of The Decade (So Far)

8. A Whole Bunch Of Stuff With Batman: Arkham Knight

Hey, y'know what's still not available to buy on PC? Batman: Arkham Knight - at least not at time of writing anyway, Warner Bros. are touting an 'end of October' release date, some four months after it was set to initially drop June 23rd. Apparently this was down to WB 'forcing' Rocksteady to prioritise development on the console versions, which turned out fantastic from a technical perspective - it's just ridiculous that the PC version wasn't flagged beforehand, rather than get released, have it be literally unplayable, have Rocksteady issue a statement to pull it from sale, and usher in this bout of endless waiting. Outside of this, the retail version of AK came with the promise of a worthwhile 'Season Pass', $32.99 of content that was supposed to include story missions, skins and combat arenas that would surely add much more replayability to the base game. In actual fact, these 'story' packs amounted to about 10 minutes with zero cutscenes worth talking about, the skins and combat arenas coming across as barely being worth any money at all, never mind something that equals the game all over again. Now we've gotten eyes on what's coming for the rest of the year, here's hoping Rocksteady's final batch of boss-filled showdowns will make up for it. Spoilers: It won't.
