14 Forgotten Video Game Franchises That Desperately Need Sequels

6. Bully

All things considered, it would be incredibly hard for Rockstar to repeat Bully's success. First off, we'd never had a game set in a school environment that really perfected the interaction between the various factions and cliques therein; which when you paired it with their unique open-world mission design, made for an explorative experience that let thousands of us live out our craziest school-based fantasies (not like that). Finally you could get your own back on the bullies themselves (or become one), take a slingshot to the derriere of a particularly annoying teacher or just dart off on your skateboard across town. Themed levels around Halloween and Xmas were also on the cards, as one of the best soundtracks in gaming history connoted a perfectly transferable Harry Potter/fish-out-of-water vibe. To this day Bully remains one of the studio's finest efforts, and although GTA V was hands-down their most impressive feat both in pure world size and gameplay refinement, taking another detour into Bullworth Academy and letting us play as a whole new cast of relatable characters would be incredible.
