14 Most Underrated Open-World Games Of The Last 10 Years
3. Infamous: Second Son
When PS4 exclusives get brought up both fans and critics are quick to point to the likes of Uncharted 4 and Horizon as some of the system's best, but Infamous: Second Son deserves just as much recognition as those Playstation titans.
Okay, so it's not quite at that calibre, but Second Son still has a lot to offer both PS4 owners and fans of the genre in general. Good superhero games are hard to come by these days, and Infamous' wide array of powers combined with its snarky protagonist more than filled that void.
Letting you choose on the fly between four vastly different and visually impressive power sets, Second Son's gameplay is addictive, and it gives you just the right amount of activities to let you get the most out of its combat across the game's moderately-sized-but-memorable open world.
The plot itself isn't half bad either, boasting some accomplished voice acting from the main cast and impressive animations that have more than held up in the years since its initial release.
