15 Best Disney Video Games

4. Chip 'N Dale Rescue Rangers

Not the characters you'd expect to headline one of the Mouse House's best ever games, Chip N Dale was and still is a fun, tough nut to crack. Playing as either of the buck-toothed adventurers, the goal is Gadget: Rescue her from the sweaty paws of Fat Cat at all costs.

To get to her one or two players have to hop, skip and ping barrels (where would a Nintendo game be without those) at foes. All of this takes place across some vibrantly-rendered levels courtesy of Capcom, who were then on something of a hot streak in the genre. With only three hits allowed to be taken before Chip and Dale ascend to that forest in the sky, high skill levels are required and the boss battles in particular require some serious dexterity. It's a worthy trial and error grind, though.

Sorry Mega Man, this deserves to held up as one of the best Capcom platformers of all time.
