10. Titanfall 2 - Respawn

It's fine to see Titanfall 2 as just an enlarged version of its predecessor. After all, Titanfall 1 wasn't a bad game, it was fun, it just lacked content to keep you there for the long term. It did have a miserable excuse for a campaign, though, and this is where Titanfall 2 steps in.

No one really expected T2 to have as good a campaign as it did, making for a pleasant surprise during a time where it seemed FPS campaigns were being left in the dust. It gave you a fun, and oftentimes, heartbreaking relationship dynamic between a Titan and its Pilot, thought out level designs that exploit Titanfall's movement system to the fullest, and the most surprising addition, boss fights.

In Multiplayer, more choices for Titans are available with more unlockables for the Pilot, as well as visual customisation for both. Titanfall 2's multiplayer is way more guaranteed to keep you playing for more than a week, or even a month, compared to the original.
