Uncharted as a series has never been afraid to display a cinematic flair and nowhere showcase that better than the second game's Train levels. Here, Nathan Drake leaps on to a moving train and works his way along it in a bid to rescue his old flame Chloe. Clambering along a train is apparently pretty tough work and requires a series of tight, dramatic jumps - one misplaced leap and the adventure is all over. It gets even better though. There's a series of intense shoot-outs as Nate works his way through the carriages and cargo of the train and an attack helicopter even shows up which needs to be blasted out of the sky. It's deliciously over-the-top and it perfectly captures the feel of an action movie - the entire sequence doesn't feel too far removed from something Indiana Jones would have to go through. Finally, with the train destroyed and teetering off the edge, Nate has to climb up the wreckage or face falling into the snowy abyss below. As he berates himself for always playing the hero, you'll quickly realise that this guy is the real deal; Nathan Drake is gaming's equivalent of the action movie gods. Breathtaking stuff.
I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
