15 Incredible Creations That Prove Minecraft-Obsessives Are Geniuses

14. A Real-Life Bedroom

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0iYlLLtLEvo Recreating a bedroom perfectly to scale with a 'one inch = one block' system might seem like a pointless endeavour but that's the beauty of Minecraft; it stimulates the creative senses and gives people freedom to think outside the box (no pun intended). That's exactly what YouTube user 'randomginger11' did. His full scale bedroom replica is impressive as a map (ever wanted to see life through the eyes of a Borrower? The map dwarfs players making you feel unbelievably tiny) but the attention to detail really shines through with the comparison images. I dread to think how long it took him to measure out the entire room, but the results were well worth it.

13. Skyrim

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fd-oHcbc_dc The Xbox 360 version of Minecraft may have received an official 'Mash Up' pack based around the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim but builders have been recreating the many memorable vistas of Skyrim since the game came out. One of the most impressive is the above recreation of Bleak Falls Barrow €“ it's a tad basic but I think that's what I like about it so much. The architecture of Bleak Falls Barrow can be seen pretty much from your arrival in Skyrim and it's come to be one of the most memorable landmarks in the game; to be recreated so accurately in Minecraft just shows how good people can be with this game. Entire cities have been recreated in Minecraft too, like the impressive Solitude (they even included the natural arch in the hill that the city sits on). Final boss Alduin has also been recreated in the game in a giant build made up of stone and metal; it's a pretty fearsome sight. One day, someone will no doubt recreate the entirety of Skyrim (to scale, of course) in the game €“ better them than me, that's what I say.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
