15 Insanely Underrated PS4 & Xbox One Games You Must Play

4. Rainbow Six: Siege

Forget Overwatch, pack up Battlefield 1 and shelve Titanfall 2 - Rainbow Six: Siege is the only multiplayer game you need to be playing right now.

Suffering from a rather slow start after the latest Tom Clancy reboot was unveiled in a classically awkward Ubisoft press conference, Siege was overshadowed when it released in a crowded launch window late last year.

Which is a shame, because frustrating progression system aside, Ubisoft's multiplayer shooter is the game that keeps on giving. Not only does its core, squad-based combat offer some of the most frantic and high intensity firefights on console, but thanks to a slow drip-feed of free new maps, classes and weapons, Siege keeps giving players a reason to jump back online even a year later.

And because Ubisoft has just announced at least another 12 months of updates and new content then Siege becomes just as relevant as it ever was. If you're feeling a bit burned by the sheer amount of samey online shooters releasing this year, then this underrated gem might just fill the competitive multiplayer hole in your heart.
