11. Enter The Gungeon - Bullet King

Enter the Gungeon is a bullet hell, dungeon crawl game, which of course should be insanely obvious simply from the title of the game, that has a cartoon-like appearance but don't let that fool you. Bullet hell games are not for everyone, and fall along the lines of high difficulty games like the Binding of Isaac and unforgiving games like the Souls series.

This game has its fair share of unique bosses in it, from a seagull-human hybrid with a Gatling gun to a gorgon. One of the better bosses in this game however, comes in the form of the Bullet King.

A literal bullet that sits atop a floating "lead throne" - an obvious reference to Game of Thrones "iron throne." It's not a difficult one, but it's the design of the character, and all around the game itself, that makes it all the better.
