12. Deliberately Disobeying Whatever A Game Tells You

One thing about being a completionist is having to explore every single crook and cranny of a map. If an objective marker is pointing me down a hallway, that must certainly mean something is hidden down the other side, right? Well, most of the time, no, but how am I going to know for sure unless I check it out for myself? Don't get me wrong, I want to go to the objective because I want to further the story, but I haven't checked those nine desks and six bags in the opposite direction that could contain game-changing items or that one single collectible I would have missed. Truly, I must look inside of every.single.room, because missing a single thing means losing that 100% stat.
