15 Worst Video Game Levels Of The 2000s

1. Supply Lines - Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Want a testament to just how much awful game design we once put up with for the sake of a genre finding its feet? Look not further than Supply Lines, arguably the worst mission Rockstar have ever designed, and one that sounds funny on paper, yet was an absolute nightmare in reality. If you didn't already recognise it from the name alone, it's 'the mission with the tiny planes', where you're tasked with flying a toy RC plane around the city - your fuel constantly depleting - as rival gang members try to blast you out the sky. As I said, fun on paper, but the reality was a handling model for the plane itself that was impossibly twitchy to get used to, an ineffectual targeting model that meant you had to line up your shots perfectly (all while watching your health get shaved off by forever-accurate enemies), and a time limit that could reset the whole thing right near the end anyway. It was agony, and the pinnacle of Rockstar pushing GTA III's tech to literal heights it was clearly never meant for. What's the flat-out worst level of the 2000s?
