12. Scouting The Port - Grand Theft Auto V

Rockstar had millions upon millions of dollars going into GTA V, and the most memorable levels aren't the heists, oh no, they're either the terribly-implemented torture scene, or the even more pointless level at the docks.

I'm going with the latter as something that just made me go "Why the hell is this in here?!"

You're supposed to be 'scouting the docks' for an upcoming heist. Fine. But when Rockstar make you move shipping containers around and do the digital equivalent of Dockyard Simulator 3000, I don't need to tell you how out of place that was in a game called GRAND THEFT AUTO.
