9. Timesplitters 2
Free RadicalAs anyone who owned it will attest -Timesplitters 2 is still one of the greatest multiplayer games of all time. As one of the few FPS titles to inject the genre with a sense of light-hearted fun, this is a classic that to this day is still close to many gamer's hearts. As well as the brilliantly imagined multiplayer modes, Timesplitters 2 had an equally impressive single player campaign. Taking players from Modern day Siberia to Neo Tokyo and even through 19th century France, the highly varied campaign was a delight to play by yourself - and even better with a co-op buddy. Timesplitters 2 was a staggering achievement for its time, and still arguably one of the most feature-complete games of the generation. One of the best multiplayer games on the cube, and arguably the best true FPS on the system.
