Up to four players at once, turn-based strategy, role-playing game elements and some of the best and most visceral sword combat ever seen in a game. Moonstone was a cult classic and those who played it get misty-eyed at the mention of the game today. A lot of players found Moonstone to be unforgivingly difficult. While the swordplay was immense fun and a joy to behold, it wasnt always easy to master, especially when coming face to face with the games Dragons. Plus - it being a time when a lot less adults played games - Moonstones complicated plot and objectives were lost on its large number of younger players. Despite its faults, those who mastered Moonstones swordplay still remember it as one of the best Amiga games released.
