It's a war game that pays close attention to the aspects of war that most games ignore, so you'll have to remember to supply your troops and make sure your tanks have enough fuel to get to where you want them to go. This sort realistic military strategy is a genre that has a tendency to get a little dry, but Eugen Systems have done everything they can to make the game appeal to mainstream audiences. The polish is spot on, and the zoomable camera lets you get right into the nitty gritty detail. The 'deck' system is also incredibly addictive, making WarGame: AirLand Battle an incredibly rewarding multiplayer game for hardcore military strategy fans.
