A first-person rail shooter gun game, Overkill is best played with some form of light gun, such as the Wii controller or Playstation Move accessory. With a narrative that couldn't have its tongue any further in its cheek if it tried, House of the Dead: Overkill is one of the most over-the-top video games ever made. Every enemy design seems more ludicrous and gory than the last, while the environments vary between seedy strip clubs and spooky carnivals, all with gallons of blood for good measure. A hilariously entertaining title, House of the Dead: Overkill is incredibly fun when playing through it with a friend.
