20 Most Powerful Video Game Weapons Ever

3. The Moonstone Cannon (Skies Of Arcadia)

Whatever game you think is the most underrated and underappreciated game of all time, no disrespect to those games, but you're wrong, because the answer is Skies Of Arcadia. Poorly advertised and selling like crap, despite it being the best game that Sega ever made, Skies played host to one of the all time most powerful weapons in gaming history: The Moonstone Cannon.

The ship battles of Skies Of Arcadia are the best part of this already rock solid JRPG, and the Moonstone Cannon is the best part of the ship battles. Sure, it takes a minute for the weapon to charge up, but when it does, you've basically won the entire fight right there. Utilizing the magic power of the moons, The Moonstone Cannon sends a blast of energy so devastating, it cleaves through anything that isn't a boss. And even then, that boss will still be hurting pretty bad afterwards.

The Moonstone Cannon is all that saves Vyse and his crew half the time, taking on the most advanced ships and even godlike superweapons without being equaled.
