20 Most Underrated Video Games Of The Generation (So Far)

8. Dying Light

Dying Light The Following
Techland

Nobody was expecting much from the new zombie game made by the guys responsible for the original Dead Island, but damn if Dying Light wasn't one of the best hidden gems of 2015.

Building on the open world zombie-killing the studio was known for by adding in an emphasis on parkour and a day/night cycle that changed the way the title played depending on the time of day, with Dying Light Techland made their first attempt at the genre look like nothing more than a glorified tech demo.

Plus, the developers have released some impressive expansions in the years since the title hit shelves that have only improved on the systems established in the core game, giving players even more of a reason to give Dying Light a shot.
