3. Google Stadia Is A Colossal Disappointment

It's been roughly a year since Google Stadia first launched, and despite so much pre-release hype about its potential to change the industry and open up gaming to a wider cross-section of players, it's pretty much been a failure in every way that matters.

From over-promising regarding the technical specs of the games on offer to the mediocre line-up of titles available, and the fact that players need to pay a subscription fee for 4K 60fps with 5.1 surround sound, Stadia has underwhelmed on almost every front.

To make matters worse, Google has been worryingly non-communicative with early adopters, sparking fears that this may be yet another tech enterprise which Google promptly abandons when it doesn't prove immediately successful.

Though Stadia certainly isn't beyond saving, its prospects as a serious competitor to existing gaming platforms right now are absolutely laughable.
