19. The Order: 1886
It's sad to recant just how naff The Order was, because it could've been so much more. A Gears of War-style cover shooter with a Knights of the Round Table-aesthetic and a smog-filled Victorian London in need of a good cleansing? Sign me right up.
Sadly, in action... there was none. Action, that is.
The Order certainly looked the part, but as for gameplay it was primarily one gigantic cutscene, complete with entire 'chapters' beginning and ending with your hands off the pad.
Stop n' pop gunplay was fun enough, but the grey and brown colour palette did little to encourage replayability, and the less said about the quick-time event boss battles, the better.
