17. Knack

Knack gets to be this high in the list because honestly, honestly, he wasn't anywhere near as bad as the critics would have you believe.

Being a fine, tight little platformer, the buckethead's biggest fault was his character aesthetic and mismatched "I'm a big tough guy!" voice - oh, and the fact he could've been done on the PS2. Those particle effects weren't fooling anybody.

Still, Knack scuppered his chances with the younger demographic thanks to being too damn hard, but for the rest of us, this was a surprisingly challenging 3D platformer in a world completely starved of them (but not anymore).
