20 Ridiculously Low Game Ratings You Won’t Believe
4. Tears To Tiara II: 65
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AgWWfiiayw Tears to Tiara II is probably going to be the most misunderstood game on this list. A squeal to Tears to Tiara, it was first released on the PC in 2005 with an enhanced remake for the PS3 in Japan. The first game hasnt ever crossed the Pacific, though its anime adaptation has. TTTII is set in the same world as the first series, but follows a new cast of characters and requires no knowledge of the first game. The thing that makes this game so misunderstood is that TTTII is from a lineage of games that combine tactical RPG gameplay with a visual novel storyline. Unfortunately, many of the reviewers were upset that the game relied so heavily on story, completely missing the fact that its primarily a visual novel. In fact, a few reviews were even giving it poor scores for being a visual novel. Its understandable that its not up everyone's alley, but a low score just because of its genera is not at all fair.
