20 Ridiculously Low Game Ratings You Won’t Believe

4. Tears To Tiara II: 65

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AgWWfiiayw Tears to Tiara II is probably going to be the most misunderstood game on this list. A squeal to Tears to Tiara, it was first released on the PC in 2005 with an enhanced remake for the PS3 in Japan. The first game hasn€™t ever crossed the Pacific, though it€™s anime adaptation has. TTTII is set in the same world as the first series, but follows a new cast of characters and requires no knowledge of the first game. The thing that makes this game so misunderstood is that TTTII is from a lineage of games that combine tactical RPG gameplay with a visual novel storyline. Unfortunately, many of the reviewers were upset that the game €œrelied€ so heavily on story, completely missing the fact that it€™s primarily a visual novel. In fact, a few reviews were even giving it poor scores for being a visual novel. It€™s understandable that it€™s not up everyone's alley, but a low score just because of it€™s genera is not at all fair.
