13. Tekken

Tekken has been a part of PlayStation since the very beginning with the first title in the series being a launch title for the PS1. It was such a hit that the Tekken series remained exclusive to Sony consoles until Tekken 6 released in 2009. Namco's flagship 3D beat 'em up may be multi-platform now, but it's hard for long-time fans to imagine playing Tekken without using the square, cross, triangle and circle buttons of a PlayStation controller. It'd be like playing as Mario on an Xbox. For three hardware generations Namco provided PlayStation owners 3D fighting experiences that always pushed the graphical envelope. Its appearances on other consoles marks the end of an era, but it's great that Xbox owners will finally be able to know the joy that only fighting as a boxing kangaroo can bring.
