1. Andrew Ryan Bioshock
*SPOILERS* The founder of Rapture and a genius beyond doubt, Andrew Ryan sort of let his ideals get in the way of peoples health when he allowed the city to plunge into anarchy. He pities (this is not an appropriate word) maliciously pities (better) those around him who he sees as either inferior or useful and inferior. Basically Andy is a ruthless capitalist who believes that man owes more to his work (and thus his life) than to government or God, although he sort of sets himself up as both. He tries to control the flow of Adam through Rapture and controls the people through his drug supply. Even at the end of his life Ryan doesnt resist, merely goads the player as he is not too kindly pummelled to death. All round Mr Nice Guy, heres to you Andrew you salty lunatic. So, thats our little list. Now remember were not saying that these are the best characters ever or that the order of display represents one character as being better than another.
