5 Best Marvel Video Games

1. X-Men Origins: Wolverine

120508_wolverinegameSystem: Xbox 360, PC, PS3Release: 2009 You love Wolverine but hated the Origins film, right? Well have no fear, the "tie-in" game is outstanding. I am not joking, X-Men Origins: Wolverine the video game film is very loosely based on the film, and ignored all the dumb elements that made the film so poor. It follows the uber-violent gameplay pattern set by God of War and Devil May Cry mixed with some locales taken from Uncharted and Tomb Raider. I must stress that this game is violent, very violent! There are so many ways to kill your opponents and a stackload creative combo, and this all adds up to make this a bloody masterpiece. This is more fun than any Kratos adventure: it has better controls, better achievements and is not a repetitive button masher. The voice acting is also top notch, with Hugh Jackman and Liev Shrieber both reprise their roles as Wolverine and Sabertooth for the game. While Arkham City may be the best comic book game ever made, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is the best superhero game ever made. It is a game that I always wanted to play but didn't think would be made, and I nearly missed out on due to my disgust for the film. Don't let yourself do the same. Trust me, Origins: Wolverine got everything right. It is the best hack and slash experience you could ever have as Logan and it is the game that he deserved. Do you guys agree with my list?
