Dear Villagers

One of the reasons The Doctor was and is such a wonderful role model for children is because they - in most incarnations - are one of the few fictional male heroes that solves problems through wisdom and compassion, rather than punching and shooting at things until they go his way.

This is exactly what The Forgotten City urges you to do. It may take some getting used to at first, with the Skyrim style vibe giving you a hankering to cut off peoples heads, knowing that your sins will be cleansed with a simple hop to the past, but there is a Golden Rule in place to keep you on the straight and narrow.

It’s honestly refreshing, and a testament to the game makers for putting in the effort to keep the adventure thrilling with story and dialogue when they could have opted for the safe root of bopping people on the head for cheap thrills.

Even when the game does take you on a more action-packed path you're technically saving your enemies from pain rather than inflicting it. This leads us too…
