The Forgotten City Weeping Angels Doctor Who
Dear Villagers

Most people would agree that the greatest villains introduced in modern Doctor Who are the Weeping Angels. These evil stone monsters have rightfully taken their place next to the Daleks and The Cybermen as iconic baddies and helped continue the tradition of children running behind the sofa.

If you are unfamiliar with the brilliant concept, the angels are statues that can only move and get you when you look away from them, even when you blink. It’s a concept that the makers of The Forgotten City have borrowed heavily.

In the game, throughout the small stone are golden statues, whose dark origins you will learn of horrifyingly as the story progresses. What's more, if you take your gaze away from some of the statues you may hear a distinct squeaking noise and the unnerving feeling that somebodies watching you…

Spoilers beware! It turns out that the statues were previous residents of the city punished for breaking the Golden Rule. Listen closely and you can hear their sad moans, their mournful crying, dare we say their weeping.
