5 Things Insomniac's Spider-Man PS4 Sequel MUST Have
2. Matt Murdock/Daredevil
The 2018 rendition of the web-head held a number of easter eggs and references to other characters, among them being the offices of Nelson & Murdock, a law firm in which one half is operated by Matt Murdock, AKA Daredevil.
The Devil of Hell's Kitchen deserves recognition in gaming due to a deep well of acclaimed stories and his own Netflix television series, sadly cancelled the same year Spidey swung onto PS4. Murdock's addition would allow for a legal undercurrent of the storyline similar to the first season of the Charlie Cox interpretation, one of that season's strengths, and his bright outfit and equally flashy fighting skills would make a welcome insertion to the murkier side of New York vigilantism.
Spidey and the Man Without Fear are also no strangers to a comic book team-up, having been shown to be friends and work well together numerous times in Marvel Comics. On more than one occasion, Matt has even defended Spider-Man in court - one time after he's accused of murder, and another to ensure his identity remains secret.
Murdock's more grim and gruff personality may even lead them to clash in some ways - it really doesn't matter in what capacity the Devil is included, so long as he is.
