WWE games have flirted with this idea without ever really going through with it for various reasons but there is no doubt that this has an appeal- albeit maybe to a niche market ( incidentally if anyone knows of a good wrestling booking game could they let me know in the comments section ). Documentaries such as the Monday Night War and the Rise and Fall of WCW shows the impact the two warring wrestling companies had on each other and the scope that a game could have. However, there is no reason why this game should be limited to two companies. There are plenty of other Wrestling companies out there and so there be the same sort of competition in the game too. The game could involve signing wrestlers to the player's brand, giving them various gimmicks, creating feuds and storylines for all of them while organising the PPVs and training new talent. Wrestlers and other ring side talent could be could be poached from other companies if you had the money and where with all as the player tried to find wrestlers that would get crowds tuning in and buying merchandise as well. The idea of the game would be to make money for the network so that you could stay on the TV as a viable wrestling promotion and outshine all the others. However, depending on the organisation you chose, the more expectation there would be placed on you ( not all promotions are equal after all... ).
