We can't imagine that the peeling of face paint during a match would be out of 2K's technological capabilities, but at the same time, it still seems farfetched that they would delve this far in to detail territory. But it would be pretty freaking awesome nonetheless. There isn't a match that Sting's had where his face paint didn't peel off nearly entirely or just a little. Running around the ring sweating, taking blows to the face and general wear and tear during a match are sure to have their toll. War paint was used to send shivers down an enemy's spine and at the end of a WCW match that's exactly what it looked like - Sting had just been through a war. Implementing this into the game would be immensely satisfying to both Sting fanatics and detail nazis. Just picture it - standing in the middle of the ring holding the title with patches of whats left of the paint across your face. You would feel like you truly earned that victory. With the revolutionary technology that 2K have showcased in the new game, it seems perfectly plausible that they could deliver with this. Achieving near perfect likenesses of wrestlers is great and all, but minor details like this would surely catapult the game to an even higher level. When it comes to video games, especially those that represent a sport, realism and authenticity is what the player wants.
Law graduate. Dream is to serve the public by day and parade around as Batman by night. Although, the latter would be more desirable if honest. Huge gaming aficionado. That pretty much sums up it up.
