It was worth a try but it seems no matter what anyone suggests to you: you're still going to play FIFA with your friends online until your thumbs blister and fall off.
It isn't a perfect game, it isn't the best looking FIFA to date and it really isn't going to be remembered as one of the definitive entries in the series but it's your imperfect slice of top level football in your living room - you wouldn't throw a lame puppy out so why be so eager to cast out a perfectly usable game?
FIFA 18 can't come soon enough so we can finally go back to using the pacier players to dominate games and basically aim for the tall lad in the middle to cause some rage quitting around the globe.
