7 WWE Video Games WORSE Than 2K20
3. WWE 2K18 (Nintendo Switch)
WWE 2K18 was a very good entry into the franchise. Not the best but a welcome addition which added many features and gameplay elements. When Nintendo's shiny new Switch console was released, 2K couldn't resist putting their latest title on a portable console for the first time since acquiring the license. The result was a port that was virtually unplayable.
Say what you will about 2K20, at least it runs at a consistent rate for the majority of the time. 2K18 on the Switch constantly runs slower than erosion, leading to terrible input lag and mis-timing during entrances, both of Finn Bálor's being particularly noticeable.
The downgrade in visuals from its counterparts is also noticeable, textures in particular being of much lower quality. This is most likely due to system restrictions and an attempt to get the game to run better. It didn't work and the game went down as a black mark on the Switch's amazing line-up, and WWE 2K never touched the console again.
