6. Additional Companion Dialogue - Mass Effect 2

Due to the nature of Mass Effect 2's plot, certain characters can't be recruited until quite late into game. This means that several companions, such as Tali and Legion, could never be present in certain missions due to them taking place far before you could meet them.

Yet, if you were to cheat and get these companions in your party before they should be unlockable, they still have detailed and unique dialogue for every mission in the game.

Exactly why all this extra dialogue is present in the game is unclear, considering its impossible to find legitimately. As every companion has lines for every conceivable scenario in the game, its fair to assume this could be a rather committed example of developer foresight.

Either that or the order in which the companions could be recruited changed at some point during development, or had yet to be planned before it came time to record the main bulk of the voice work for the game.

Still, it does serve as a nice treat for those that have played through the game several times already and were not aware that there was even more content hidden deep within the already lengthy title.
