If there's one thing that almost everyone knows about Batman's greatest adversary, The Joker, it's that the Clown Prince Of Crime will always get the last laugh no matter the cost.

However, it seemed for the longest time between Arkham City and Arkham Knight that situation was more gut punch than punchline as the events of the second game killed off The Joker pretty succinctly.

This, coupled with the opening scene of The Joker being cremated really hammered home that this final game in the trilogy would be completely different.

To be honest, Rocksteady kinda dialled back on this moment by having The Joker pop up more than was probably acceptable as a piece of Batman's subconsciousness, but there's no denying that watching the Joker being set to extra crispy wasn't a powerful and extremely dark moment.

However, for New Game+ players, the moment was turned into pure nightmare fuel as here, in a shocking twist, the Joker would suddenly wake up and scream in laughter before finally being consumed by flames.

Goddamit Rocksteady, you already got us with your ManBat moment! I'll be sending my stained trousers to you for dry cleaning!
