There is no arguing over the quality of Infinite's Clash in the Clouds and Burial at Sea, but Minerva's Den and The Protector Trials from Bioshock 2 gives Infinite a run for its money.

What The Protector Trials does so well is have the player use plasmid and weapon combinations that they may not have tinkered with during the main campaign. Laying traps, checking all entrances, and managing ammo and EVE is cranked up as the player desperately plays guardian to the innocent Little Sister collecting that sweet ADAM from those angels.

While Burial at Sea still focuses on Mr. Dewitt and Elizabeth, Minerva's Den explores a new area of Rapture as Subject Sigma guided by Charles Milton Porter. The plot helps solidify how Rapture runs, and it even includes some plot twists that feel organic rather than tacked on. Minerva's Den fits snugly into the world of Bioshock and is a must-play.
