Rockstar Games is excellent at connecting with their fans. You constantly see admins on the official site replying and sharing information with the daily commenters. They have an email address solely for complaints that they try to get fixed immediately. They run a social club for fans, and hold multiplayer events constantly to help give you more XP. It also lets you pick up games you haven't played in a while and gives you the chance to play with Rockstar Games employees. On their Newswire they share amazing fan art and videos, their own signature artwork that comes along with their games, try to keep you posted with any development news, give some teasers and insight when answering fan questions, and even give you tips and helpful hints to their own games. Most recently they got the soundtracks of some of your favorite GTA games ready to download on iTunes and Spotify. If that isn't enough to make you love Rockstar, I don't know what is.
