8 Video Game Characters Hiding Terrible Secrets

If you're in the mood to look through people's brains in order to uncover dark secrets, Psychonauts is definitely the series for you, as pretty much its entire core concept is helping people with emotional and psychological trauma caused by past events.

Many remember the truly dark moment in which a secret room could be uncovered in Milla's mind centering on her inability to stop an orphanage she worked at from burning down, killing all the children inside, and of the pain she must be facing seeing as she is a psychonaut specializing in empathy. However, to slightly lighten the tone somewhat, we're going to look at a rather throwaway line with massive consequences that can be found in the almighty sequel Psychonauts 2.

After completing the game, Raz is able to return to Sasha Nein's lab in which Dr. Loboto was being held for psychic interrogation, only to find that the good Doctor is making his rather swift exit. He claims he's a reformed man now that the events of the sequel have cleared his mind and apologizes for his prior actions, however as he dips out of view, he mentions that he's got to pick his kid up from camp!

This might not mean much on the surface, but when you consider the only kid you know who had blue/green skin and a rather weird-shaped head was Bobby Zilch it kind of implies that Dr. Loboto is his father! And why is this a terrible secret? Because the kid is a jerk and Dr. Roboto is a terrible parent that's why!
