8 Video Games That Actually Made Us Want To Go Outside

7. Everybody's Golf

Made Us Want To: Go golfing, obviously. Everybody's Golf is an unbelievably picturesque series. Every course features sweeping green hills, lush pine trees and a sky so clear you can almost see God waving at you. It also features cutesy anime-style characters which seem a little odd against the realistic surroundings but hey, it's only a game right? Still, Everybody's Golf might give you a false impression of the outside world €“ it's portrayed as a welcoming, always sunny paradise. It also makes the sport of golf incredibly simple when in reality, it's an utter tedium. In Everybody's Golf, you'll walk onto the course and score birdie after birdie (maybe even a hole in one occasionally). You step onto a real-life golf course and flail at a ball with a club; it's not going to end well. You'll lose the ball about four times; you'll tire after two holes; and your score will resemble a cricket scoreline. To top it off, you'll be soaked by never-ending rain, have a queue forming behind you due to your slow progress through the course, and you'll break your new putter across your knee after another easy putt goes askew. Leave real golf to the professionals.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
