2. Sued By Lindsay Lohan Over Likeness Issue

Shortly after the release of GTAV, actress Lindsay Lohan sued Rockstar North for stealing her likeness. According to Lohan, Rockstar had based one of the game's supporting characters on the actress' life, actively poking fun at her public persona and her problematic personal life. Her representatives even went as far as to suggest that Beach Weather's signature red bikini and peace sign were borrowed from Lohan, and that the character Lacey Jonas was a direct parody of Lohan, being a child actress with public perception issues. Though the lawsuit is currently ongoing, many consider it to be completely unfounded.
