9 Lego Games We're Still Waiting For
5. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Probably the most exciting proposition for any child of the 80's, 90's or today, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a license that is absolutely screaming for a Lego game. The insane cast of characters from all of the iterations of this now-legendary franchise are perfect for this type of experience. Lego games generally feature dozens of characters in their fully-unlocked roster, and the more obscure the better in most cases. The 90's action figure lines alone could account for one of the most varied and nostalgia inspiring lists from any of the Lego games yet. Also, while there is debate among fans as to the merits of the art styles used in the different cartoons (and the comics, of course) using the Lego aesthetic would completely nullify that argument right out of the gate and allow fans of any series to jump in and enjoy. Out of all of the licenses possible for Lego to make a game out of, this one seems like the best choice. And with the new TMNT Lego sets dropping this year, it seems more a matter of time than anything else.
