3. Bioshock's Jack Surviving Away From Rapture Despite Only Being A Year Old

The Bioshock series is known for its mind-blowing twists, but the problem with a lot of them is that if you think for more than a few minutes on these otherwise 'mind-blowing' revelations, they tend to fall apart.

As such, the twist that comes in the final moments of the original Bioshock is no different. The title's final act reveals that the character you've been playing as the whole time was actually a test tube baby, 'aged up' artificially to have the body of a healthy grown man, despite only technically being alive for one year.

The thing is though, in between his 'birth' in Rapture and his return a few years later, Jack apparently lived a seemingly normal life above the surface of the water. It makes sense that he wouldn't know about his real home, as the scientists who made him also gave him false memories - but it's hard to imagine that the same people had the time to teach this one year old how to do his taxes or accomplish any of mundane tasks that he'd need to live peacefully outside of Rapture.
