You know the fight scene in Batman Vs. Superman?

No, not the one where Batman and Superman fight, I’m talking about the only good scene in Batman Vs. Superman.

Yeah that’s the one.

In that scene, Batman isn’t just punching and super-kicking generic henchman, he uses every tool at his disposal while also punching and super-kicking generic henchman. He slams bad guys through walls, hits one with a bat-shaped shuriken and uses his grappling hook to throw stuff at incoming reinforcements. All of this would have been incredibly exciting to see if we hadn’t already seen it in Batman: Arkham City.

Fight animations from Arkham City, including but not limited to, slowmotion leg sweeps, taking on multiple enemies by doing a Batman-ballerina twirl and pro wrestling-style takedowns were painstakingly recreated in the Batman Vs. Superman warehouse fight scene.

Director Zack Snyder has a history of stealing fight scenes from other mediums. It has been noted how much the General Zod fight in Man Of Steel looks like a Dragon Ball Z fight scene, so should we really be surprised that Snyder choreographed a fight scene in Batman Vs. Superman to look just like an already-existing Batman game?
