9 Reasons Why Automatron Will Make You Love Fallout 4 All Over Again

6. New Weapons Are The Craziest Yet

As we mentioned previously, the focus on the crafting system in Bethesda's new title meant that the base game of Fallout 4 didn't really have many unique or interesting weapons to use. Sure, you had a couple of Gauss Rifles and plenty of energy weapons, but considering how wacky the series can get at times your arsenal throughout the entire experience remained rather plain.

However, Automatron throws a couple of interesting weapons into the mix to shake things up a bit. From customisable Tesla rifles to decapitated robot heads, the DLC boasts plenty of new toys hidden away and ready to be found in the corners of its new dungeons.

Not only that, the weapons themselves are actually useful, with pretty decent base stats and a wealth of customisable options that can transform even the most unassuming item into an ultimate killing machine.
